(Old Version) How to Import Prospects

QuickMail can import prospects directly from your Google Sheets file. Here’s a simple guide on how to do it:

1. Go to Prospects > Import.
Before importing, check the format of your spreadsheet file. The first row should be for labels.
QuickMail will accept: ’email’ ‘title’ ‘firstname’ ‘lastname’ ‘company’ ‘phone’ ‘website’ ‘address’

An easy way to create a google sheet template for import is by clicking “Create Empty Spreadsheet”

If you have a .csv or an excel file, simply upload the file to your Google drive and open it using Google Sheets. This will automatically create a converted copy of the file in your Google drive account.

2. Select the sheet you want to import from and the group to put the prospects in. Hit “Import First Sheet”

I’ve added a Group column since I already have existing groups in my list.
It’s up to you if you want to add columns for custom attributes (like city), just make sure you create those custom attributes first before including them in your spreadsheet.

Only the first sheet will be imported.
You will receive an email with details about the import once import is done.
